Returns Policy
This policy applies **exclusively to Emigo container products** (hereinafter referred to as "Products") purchased directly through the official website www.emigotek.com. The specific rules are as follows:
(1) Scope of Application & Core Benefits
Regular Products (Non-Customized / Non-Accessory Items)
If you are unsatisfied with any Regular Product purchased (excluding personalized/customized products and accessories), you may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product. Upon completion of the subsequent procedures as specified in this policy, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Baby Series Accessories
For unopened and unused Baby Series Accessories, you may also initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the accessories. Upon completion of the required procedures, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Personalized/Customized Products
Due to the exclusive custom-made nature of personalized Emigo containers, such products are **final sale** and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exception: If a customized mug arrives with design or engraving errors, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification that the error is caused by our party, we will provide a replacement or full refund to resolve the issue.
Feedback Channel for Issues: Send an email to account@emigotek.com, including your order number and photos of the defective product in the email.
(2) Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange Requests
Products that fall within the above scope of application must meet **all the following conditions** to pass the refund review:
Request Timeliness
- A return or exchange request must be initiated via email (account@emigotek.com) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product. If requesting via letter, the postmark date of the letter must be within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product.
- For international orders, an additional "Return Authorization" is required: You must apply for this authorization from our customer service team via the "Customer Service" channel on the official website within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product. International returns submitted without prior authorization will not be processed.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned Products must meet the following standards; otherwise, they will be deemed ineligible for return:
- Unused and unwashed: Any mug that has held liquid, been powered on, or shows signs of use (e.g., scratches, stains) will be classified as "used" and ineligible for return.
- Complete packaging and accessories: The original product packaging must be retained, and all accessories, user manuals, and attachments must be complete and free from loss or damage.
- Valid proof of purchase: A verifiable proof of purchase (such as a packing slip, copy of receipt, or order number) must be provided.
(3) Return/Exchange Operation Guidelines
Process Coordination Requirements
- Upon receipt of your return/exchange request, we will confirm the request within a reasonable timeframe and provide specific return instructions (including return address, operation steps, etc.).
- You must ship the Product back within 14 days from the date we confirm your request and provide return instructions: The postmark date of the returned package or the receipt date recorded by the commercial courier must fall within this 14-day period. Failure to meet this deadline will be deemed a voluntary waiver of your return/exchange rights.
- You must package and ship the Product back in strict accordance with the instructions we provide. All costs related to packaging the Product for return shall be borne by you.
Shipping Costs & Risk Liability
- Regional Differences: For customers within the United States and Canada, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For customers outside the United States and Canada, you shall bear all costs of shipping the Product back to us, unless prohibited by local laws.
- Transit Risks: You shall assume all risks of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) during transit back to Emigo container.
Refund & Fee Instructions
- Refund Amount: After we receive and inspect the returned Product and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund of the actual amount you paid for the Product (including taxes and shipping fees) using the same payment method as your original transaction.
- Additional Fees: A relevant restocking fee will be charged for each return. If the returned Product is incomplete (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging), an additional restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be charged, or the return may be rejected outright.
Warranty Policy Reference
If your Product does not fall within the scope of this Returns Policy but experiences quality issues during use, we recommend verifying whether the Product is covered under the "Limited Warranty" (please refer to the detailed warranty terms on the official website or contact customer service for consultation) to confirm if the issue can be resolved through warranty services.
III. Supplementary Notes
Refund Timeliness
- Regular Scenarios: After we receive the eligible returned Product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days (extended to 7-10 business days during peak seasons).
- Special Scenarios: If we request you to provide proof that the Product has been shipped back in accordance with the requirements (and such proof is approved by us), the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days (extended to 7-10 business days during peak seasons) from the date you provide the proof.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before the Product is shipped, we will process the refund within 14 days from the date of order cancellation.
Policy Validity
For matters not covered in this policy, the latest rules published on the official website www.emigotek.com shall prevail. If local laws impose mandatory requirements on returns and exchanges, such local laws shall take precedence.
